If we get real busy, expect  7-10 days for delivery. We try our best to get your reading as quickly as possible. Reading is sent to your email by voice recording, that way you can re listen to the messages as much as you like.

Readings are non refundable, there is no re do's. It happens sometimes that the reading doesn't resonate. it could takes time before it starts to make sense for some, these things do happen.
